Baker

What you will do Assist the head baker in daily cake production, from preparation to baking. Follow recipes and quality standards exactly. Maintain hygiene and keep the kitchen and equipment clean. What we are looking for Willing to learn and to follow recipes exactly, every time. Careful about hygiene: clean hands, cap, apron and gloves. Can stand and work for long hours and lift trays and moulds. Punctual and reliable, especially in the festive months. Comfortable working in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada or English. An advantage (not mandatory) Earlier work in a bakery, cloud kitchen or home bakery. Basic idea of cake batters and oven handling. What we offer Training on our recipes and standards. Overtime pay during the Oct to Dec rush (rate to be fixed in the offer letter). Probation of 1 to 3 months, then a confirmed role. Scope to grow into a senior baker.
