R&D / QC Lab Executive - Food (Coffee & Tea)

Telaa Coffee & Tea (Rajkot) is hiring an R&D Lab Executive for our coffee & tea R&D lab and capsule manufacturing plant. Responsibilities: - Sample roasting of green coffee - Coffee and tea cupping / sensory evaluation - Coffee and tea blend creation and testing - Particle size (PSD) analysis of ground coffee for Nespresso-compatible capsules - Capsule brewing and tasting trials - Trials of different coffee brewing methods - Daily R&D and production data entry in company ERP software - Work in both R&D lab and manufacturing plant Requirements: - Graduate in Science. Priority: Food Technology, B.Sc Agriculture, Chemistry, Microbiology - 1–3 years in food / beverage / QC / lab preferred - Coffee knowledge NOT required. Full training will be given - Good taste and smell sense, honest data recording, basic computer use - No smoking / tobacco preferred (affects sensory work) Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month based on skills.
