Job Description: Social Media Marketing Executive / Content Creator Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive / Content Creator Location: Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore (On-site) Salary: ₹15,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Job Overview We are looking for a creative, energetic, and self-motivated Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team in Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and publishing engaging video and visual content across our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to grow our online audience and increase brand awareness. Key Responsibilities Video Shooting & Production: Plan and record short-form and long-form video content (Reels, Shorts, stories, product/service highlights, behind-the-scenes). Video Editing & Graphic Design: Edit raw videos using mobile or desktop editing software (adding captions, trending music, transitions, and text overlays) and design basic post graphics/thumbnails. Content Publishing & Scheduling: Post daily/regular content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms using optimal posting schedules. Content Strategy & Trends: Research current social media trends, popular audio, and competitor activities to create relevant, engaging content ideas. Account & Community Management: Respond to comments, messages (DMs), and audience inquiries in a timely, engaging manner. Basic Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track metrics like views, reach, engagement, and follower growth to see what content performs best. Requirements & Qualifications Location: Must be based in or able to commute daily to Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore . Experience: 0–2 years of experience in social media management, video creation, or content generation (Freshers with strong portfolio/sample work are welcome to apply!). Editing Skills: Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, VN Editor, Adobe Premiere Rush/Pro, Canva, InShot, Photoshop). Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of operating smartphone cameras or DSLRs, proper lighting, and clear audio capture. Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with Instagram Reels, Facebook pages, YouTube Shorts, and platform best practices. Language: Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
