Civil Site Engineer

Supervise day-to-day residential building construction activities at site. Read and understand architectural, structural and working drawings. Check measurements, levels, dimensions and construction alignment. Monitor footing, column, beam, slab, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works. Coordinate and manage masons, labourers, subcontractors and other site workers. Prepare daily work schedules and ensure work progresses as planned. Check material requirements and coordinate cement, steel, sand, aggregates and other material deliveries. Maintain quality standards and minimize material wastage. Monitor construction progress and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications. Prepare daily site progress reports with photographs. Maintain site measurements, labour attendance, material consumption and expense records. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, clients and management. Identify site issues, resolve routine execution problems and report major issues promptly. Follow site safety practices and maintain a clean, organized construction site. Coordinate inspections and report stage-wise completion of work.
