CASHIER Key Responsibilities Billing Operations: Handle customer billing accurately and efficiently as per company procedures. Cash Handling: Receive, count and maintain cash and other payment transactions with accuracy. Payment Processing: Handle cash, card, UPI and other approved payment modes and ensure proper transaction recording. Invoice Generation: Prepare accurate invoices, receipts and other required billing documents. Transaction Verification: Verify product details, quantity, price, discounts and payment information before completing billing. Customer Assistance: Assist customers with billing-related queries and provide clear information regarding payments and invoices. Daily Reconciliation: Reconcile cash, card, UPI and other payment collections with system records at the end of the day. Documentation: Maintain proper records of billing transactions, receipts, cancellations, returns and other relevant documents. Coordination: Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Inventory and Showroom Management teams for smooth billing operations. Compliance & Security: Follow company billing procedures, cash-handling guidelines, security protocols and internal controls.
