Key Responsibilities
Understand clients' overseas education, travel, and immigration requirements.
Provide accurate information about relevant visa categories, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
Explain documentation requirements and guide clients through the application process.
Communicate with prospective clients through calls, messages, and meetings.
Follow up with leads, maintain client relationships, and provide timely updates.
Maintain client records and ensure professional communication throughout the process.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve client satisfaction and business targets.
Stay updated on relevant immigration rules, visa procedures, and industry developments.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in communicating with clients and building professional relationships.
