Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Nursing Educator to support the training and development of nursing staff and improve clinical knowledge and practices.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training and educational sessions for nursing staff.

Develop and deliver training programs based on hospital requirements.

Support new nursing staff during induction and orientation.

Conduct skill-based training and assessments.

Promote adherence to clinical protocols and hospital standards.

Identify training needs among nursing staff.

Maintain training records and documentation.

Coordinate with nursing management regarding staff development.

Candidate Requirements

B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing qualification.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Good teaching and communication skills.

Strong clinical knowledge.

Ability to train and guide nursing staff effectively.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
