Job Responsibilities
- Manage import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and bills of lading.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, shipping lines, and transporters.
- Handle import/export shipments and track delivery schedules.
- Prepare and verify documentation for customs clearance and international shipments.
- Coordinate with banks for payment documentation, LC, and foreign remittances, as required.
- Maintain records of purchase orders, shipment details, and export/import transactions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations and EXIM procedures.
