Lead Research Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Research Executive to build accurate and relevant prospect lists for the sales and business development team.

The role includes researching businesses through Google Maps, Justdial, IndiaMART, LinkedIn, company websites, and other online sources, identifying business owners or decision-makers, collecting useful contact information, and spotting companies that may have a genuine need for digital marketing services.

The focus is on lead quality and relevance, not simply collecting large volumes of random data.

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with previous experience in lead research, data research, prospect research, B2B databases, contact research, market research, or lead generation will be preferred.

Good online research ability, attention to detail, and data accuracy are important for this role.

Who Can Apply

Strong online research ability

Ability to identify relevant businesses by industry, location, business type, or other criteria

Ability to research through Google Maps, Justdial, IndiaMART, LinkedIn, and company websites

Ability to find business owner names, decision-makers, email addresses, phone numbers, and other useful contact details

Ability to identify stronger prospects such as new businesses, companies already running ads, businesses with weak websites, or businesses with poor online presence

Basic understanding of B2B prospecting and lead qualification

Ability to verify information before adding it to the database

Strong attention to duplicate removal and data accuracy

Ability to organize prospect information clearly in spreadsheets or CRM systems

Ability to follow defined research criteria and deliver consistent lead data
