Position

Video Presenter & Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

Video Presentation & Content Creation

Present educational and promotional content in front of the camera for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.

Create engaging videos about study abroad opportunities, Germany Ausbildung, university admissions, and overseas career pathways.

Explain programmes, eligibility criteria, application procedures, and student opportunities in a clear and engaging manner.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video scripts and promotional campaigns.

Maintain a professional appearance, confident body language, and clear communication while recording videos.

Telecalling & Student Enquiry Management

Make outbound calls to students who enquire about overseas education and career opportunities.

Respond to incoming enquiries and explain the services offered by Zeke International.

Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, budgets, and preferred destinations.

Qualify leads and schedule counselling appointments with the admissions team.

Follow up with interested students through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and student responses in the CRM.

Achieve daily calling targets and monthly enquiry-conversion targets.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Confidence in speaking in front of a camera.

Good presentation skills and a pleasant telephone manner.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and short-form video content.

Ability to communicate with students and parents professionally.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp and CRM tools.

Previous experience in telecalling, anchoring, presenting, or customer service is an advantage.

Freshers with confidence, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn may apply.

Preferred Candidate

Energetic, presentable, and comfortable appearing on camera.

Persuasive and capable of engaging potential students over the phone.

Creative, proactive, and target-oriented.

Interested in education, international opportunities, and digital content creation.
