Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients according to clinical protocols.

Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.

Monitor vital signs, manage clinical documentation, and report changes in patient conditions.

Assist physicians during rounds, diagnostic procedures, and emergency interventions.

Coordinate with laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy teams for patient care.

Maintain strict hygiene, infection control, and shift handover standards.
