Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new sales leads through customer interactions, follow-ups, referrals, and other sales activities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Follow up with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, sales transactions, and follow-ups.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.

Maintain a professional appearance and ensure a welcoming customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, lifestyle, or a related industry preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp.

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
