HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE – INTERNATIONAL PROCESS Company: First Credit Services (FCS) Location: Thane (West), Mumbai JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. - Assist customers with their queries and provide accurate information. - Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions. - Maintain professional communication with US-based customers. - Update customer information and call details in the system. - Ensure customer satisfaction and follow company policies. - Achieve assigned performance and quality targets. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA - Education: HSC Pass / Graduate - SSC Pass: Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience required. - Experience: International Customer Service experience preferred. - Good English communication skills. - US process experience will be an added advantage. SALARY & INCENTIVES - Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month. - Performance-based incentives with unlimited earning potential. - Travel reimbursement as applicable. SHIFT TIMINGS - 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM - 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Applicable batches) WEEKLY OFFS - 2 rotational offs. TRANSPORT FACILITIES - Pick-up and drop from Thane Station and Mira Road. - Home drop for odd-hour shifts, subject to company boundaries and policies. - Additional travel reimbursement as applicable.
