Key Responsibilities
Order & Guest Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, take dine-in or takeout orders, answer menu and allergen questions, and handle customer feedback or complaints.
Payment Processing: Handle cash, credit, debit, and digital wallet transactions accurately via the POS terminal, issue correct change, and print receipts.
Cash Drawer Management: Count and verify the float at the start of a shift, reconcile sales against drawer totals at closing, and report discrepancies.
- Station Maintenance
- Keep the front counter, register area, and waiting spaces clean, stocked with napkins/condiments, and organized.
- Team Coordination
- Relay special modifier instructions or rush orders to the kitchen staff and package takeout or delivery bags.
