About this job

Role objective

Deliver a complete, correctly organized, specification-compliant audiobook package to the client or platform.

Key responsibilities

Collect approved chapter exports and supporting files.

Verify chapter order, naming conventions, folder structure, and file completeness.

Check client-required sample rate, bit depth, channel format, duration, loudness/peak levels, and other technical specifications.

Prepare archives, metadata, manifests, cue sheets, or other documents when required.

Verify that all files open and play correctly.

Upload or transfer the package using the approved method.

Maintain delivery confirmation, version logs, and exception records.

Required skills

File organization, spreadsheet/checklist use, version control, export verification, technical specification awareness, and familiarity with delivery portals.

Success measures

Complete and correctly ordered files, compliant technical specifications, on-time delivery, and documented confirmation.
