Office Boy

Role & responsibilities

Attend to daily office errands including dispatch and collection of files, documents, letters and couriers.

Serve tea/coffee/water and refreshments to staff, guests and during meetings as required.

Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of workstations, meeting rooms, pantry and common areas.

Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing and basic documentation tasks as directed.

Support arrangement of seating, refreshments and other logistics for meetings and visitors.

Assist with outdoor errands such as banking work, courier drop-offs and purchase of small office/pantry items.

Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of office keys, equipment and materials assigned.

Report any shortages of pantry/stationery supplies or maintenance issues to the Head Peon/Admin Executive.

Assist in minor housekeeping and maintenance tasks around the office premises.

Follow instructions of the Head Peon/Admin Executive and support other office boys/helpers as required.

Maintain discipline, punctuality and proper conduct while on duty.

Working days

Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off )

10 am to 7 pm
