Role Overview

We are looking for a Calling Agent to connect with customers regarding overdue loan payments, follow up on repayment commitments, and support collection efforts through professional and empathetic conversations.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payment follow-ups.

Communicate payment dues and encourage timely repayments.

Handle customer queries and repayment-related objections professionally.

Track payment commitments and maintain accurate call records.

Meet daily calling and performance targets while following compliance guidelines.

Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi; Marathi and English are an advantage.

Comfortable with outbound calling and customer conversations.

Basic computer knowledge.

Prior experience in telecalling or loan collections is preferred; freshers with good communication skills may apply.

DRA certification is mandatory.
