Tele Caller Executive

Responsible for lead generation, relationship management, and reports in an organization

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential buyers from provided databases or digital leads.

Explain project features, amenities, pricing, and location advantages to generate interest.

Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales teams for follow-up.

Maintain lead details and conversation history in CRM systems.

Follow up with clients regularly for feedback and to keep them engaged.

Assist in achieving monthly lead conversion and walk-in targets.

Requirements

Minimum Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Strong communication and persuasive skills in English, Hindi, and local language.

Prior experience in real estate or telesales is an added advantage.

Good knowledge of real estate market, localities, and current offerings.

Proficient in using CRM tools and basic MS Office.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
