What you’ll do
Make and ferment dough daily (Neapolitan, thin crust, panuozzo)
Hand-stretch Neapolitan pizzas
Bake crisp thin-crust pizzas and make panuozzo to order
Run the pizza oven and station during service
Follow FSSAI hygiene standards and keep stock in order
What we need
1–3 years’ experience as a pizza chef or Commis
Hands-on Neapolitan dough and high-temperature oven experience
Thin crust and panuozzo experience is a plus
