Job Summary

Nextspark Ventures LLP is looking for enthusiastic and professional Customer Support Associate Interns to support client communication, coordination, relationship management, and day-to-day client servicing activities. This internship is ideal for candidates who want practical exposure in client handling, communication, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate and coordinate with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp

Assist in resolving client queries and maintaining positive relationships

Maintain client records, reports, and follow-up updates

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client support and operations

Assist in preparing client presentations, documents, and reports

Support customer engagement and relationship-building activities

Skills Required

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and internet tools

Professional speaking and coordination abilities

Positive attitude and client-handling skills

Freshers, undergraduate students, and recent graduates can apply.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
