About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Career Advisors to join our growing team. This is an Inside Sales role where you will interact with pre-qualified leads, understand their career aspirations, and guide them toward the most suitable professional certification programs.

This is not a cold-calling role. You will work with interested prospects who have already shown interest in our programs.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with qualified leads via phone and virtual meetings.

Understand candidates' career aspirations and professional goals.

Recommend suitable certification programs based on their needs.

Counsel prospective learners throughout the enrollment journey.

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up schedules in the CRM.

Build strong relationships with prospective learners.

Resolve candidate queries regarding programs, fees, and career outcomes.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Education Counselling, Academic Counselling, Telecalling, BPO, Customer Success, or Sales will have an added advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

Comfortable speaking with professionals over phone and video calls.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, Internet).
