Job Description

We are looking for an experienced OTC professional with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Order-to-Cash processes. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing customer accounts, billing, collections, cash application, reconciliations, and resolving payment discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations.

Handle Accounts Receivable, invoicing, collections, and cash application.

Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve billing disputes.

Monitor outstanding payments and overdue invoices.

Manage accounts receivable reporting and month-end closing activities.

Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve payment issues.

Identify process improvements to improve collection efficiency.
