JOB DESCRIPTION

Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.

Manage distributors and ensure timely primary order collection.

Drive retailer coverage and generate secondary sales orders.

Develop IB business and conversions in the treasury market.

Enroll electricians and strengthen electrician engagement.

Execute retail sales promotion activities.

Drive product placements and improve market penetration.

Appointing new channel partners and direct retail counters.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Distributor handling & driving secondary business through retailers

New Channel partners and Direct counter appointments in the vacant areas & expand the retailer base

Develop Vellore Market additionally

QUALIFICATIONS

Any degree; MBA preferred.

Good Experience in electrical industry is preferred, particularly in Switchgear, Wiring Devices, Lighting, or Wires & Cables.
