Roles \& Responsibilities

• Understand client job requirements and job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
• Screen candidate resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets with guidance from senior recruiters.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Willingness to learn recruitment and talent sourcing.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Freshers with an interest in HR and recruitment are welcome.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any stream; HR or management graduates preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
