About this job
Key Responsibilities:-
- Collect and verify teacher details to ensure authenticity before dispatching books.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, accounts, and documentation.
- Coordinate and ensure timely dispatch of specimen books to validated teachers.
- Conduct follow-ups to confirm receipt of dispatched materials.
- Assist in building and nurturing long-term relationships with teachers through regular communication.
- Support the team in streamlining customer relationship processes and improving efficiency.
Job Specifications:-
- Fresher candidates are welcome.
- Strong positive attitude with a “never give up” mindset.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Basic technical proficiency, including MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
