Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to handle customer calls, explain products/services, generate leads, and maintain good relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
• Explain company products/services, offers, and benefits to customers.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp when required.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Prepare daily/weekly call reports.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills

• Telecalling / customer service experience.
• Sales and lead-generation experience.
• Knowledge of CRM or calling software.
• Ability to handle customer objections confidently.

Salary

₹\[Salary Range] per month + Incentives, depending on experience and performance.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
