HKC is a Ludhiana-based Chartered Accountant firm providing audit, taxation and compliance services to businesses across industries. Our practice covers statutory and tax audits, GST, direct and indirect taxation, FEMA, NGO/FCRA compliance, agro-export regulatory work and MSME project finance.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead client engagements, manage the audit team and provide taxation and advisory support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead statutory, tax and internal audit engagements end to end
• Handle Income Tax, GST and TDS matters, including assessments, notices and representations
• Advise clients on compliance, regulatory and financial matters
• Review working papers, audit observations, reports and financial statements
• Supervise, guide and review the work of audit associates and articles
• Coordinate with clients, banks and authorities
• Ensure timely completion of engagements and statutory deadlines

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA / FCA)
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in audit and taxation
• Strong knowledge of Standards on Auditing, Schedule III, Income Tax, GST and TDS
• Exposure to FEMA, FCRA or project finance is an advantage
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
• Strong leadership, communication and client-handling skills
