Electrician – Roto Molding Machine

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician (3–5 years) to handle electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for rotational molding machines in our manufacturing plant in Hoshiarpur, Punjab.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of roto molding machines and related equipment.
• Manage and troubleshoot PLC panels, control systems, electrical wiring, sensors, relays, contactors, and VFDs.
• Conduct hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of LPG burners, burner control systems, and ignition systems.
• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance to resolve electrical faults and minimize downtime.
• Maintain electrical panels, motors, heating systems, and ensure machine safety systems comply with safety standards.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth machine operation.
• Document maintenance logs and report recurring electrical issues to the supervisor.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance (rotational molding or plastic manufacturing experience preferred).
• Solid practical knowledge of PLC control panels, VFDs, sensors, and LPG burner controllers.
• Ability to independently diagnose electrical breakdowns and troubleshoot control systems.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical safety procedures.

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
