Job Description

SMAG Retails Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor for its garment manufacturing unit specializing in T-Shirts, Kidswear, Jackets, Lowers, and Sweatshirts.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily stitching and production floor activities.
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved.
• Manage operators, helpers, and line workers.
• Monitor product quality and minimize defects and rework.
• Coordinate with the Production Incharge and Quality Team.
• Maintain daily production records and report output.
• Ensure proper workflow, discipline, and timely completion of orders.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in garment manufacturing or production supervision.
• Knowledge of stitching operations and garment quality standards.
• Good manpower handling and team coordination skills.
• Ability to achieve production targets and solve floor-level issues.
