Production & Operations Manager - Farm Implements

We at M.B. Exports Limited are looking for a dynamic Production Manager who will take complete responsibility of our Rotavator \& Super Seeder manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

• Complete ownership of Production from Fabrication, Welding, Machining, Gear Box Assembly to Final Assembly of Rotavator \& Super Seeder
• Daily production planning to meet dealer orders and export targets
• Manage 100+ workforce including welders, fitters, assembly operators
• Control production cost, reduce rejection and ensure on-time dispatch to dealers
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality and Dispatch departments
• Ensure 5S, Safety and Quality standards on shop floor
• Maintain final testing and PDI of all machines before dispatch

Skills Required

• Must have experience in Rotavator / Super Seeder / Agri Implements Manufacturing ONLY.Heavy Fabrication, MIG Welding, Gearbox Assembly.
• Strong manpower handling and leadership.
• Must have hands-on experience in Rotavator \& Super Seeder Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Fabrication, Welding, Assembly \& Sheet Metal processes.
• Knowledge of Gear Box, Blade assembly, Body structure of Rotavator / Super Seeder.
• Manpower handling and shop floor leadership skills.
• Knowledge of production planning and material management.

Preferred Candidate

Candidate from Agricultural Implements Industry only.

Immediate joiner will be preferred.
