Ramtex is looking for an experienced and responsible Electrical Department Incharge to lead and manage our electrical maintenance and operations. The candidate must have textile industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day functioning of the electrical department.
• Supervise electrical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply and smooth operation of electrical systems and machinery.
• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Lead and supervise electricians and electrical maintenance staff.
• Monitor electrical panels, motors, drives, transformers, DG sets, and other electrical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, spare parts, and energy consumption.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize machine downtime.
• Identify opportunities for energy saving and improvement in electrical efficiency.
• Manage electrical spares, vendors, and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices within the electrical department.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant industrial experience, preferably in textile/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and machinery.
• Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Good leadership, troubleshooting, and team-management skills.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and statutory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and handle breakdowns under pressure.
