Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media, and other sources.
• Explain product features, offers, and services to potential customers.
• Maintain and update customer databases, call records, and lead status.
• Schedule customer meetings and appointments, wherever required.
• Address basic customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience

Skills

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
