Key Responsibilities of a Jamabandi / Land Record Typist
- Data Entry \& Digitization: Accurately transcribe land ownership details, Khasra/Khatauni numbers, and revenue records into official digital databases.
- Record Updating (Mutations): Process changes in land ownership, title transfers (Intakal), and encumbrances.
- Verification \& Auditing: Cross-check physical land registry documents against digital entries to resolve discrepancies.
- Document Generation: Issue certified Jamabandi copies and extracts for property buyers, legal teams, and financial institutions.
- Pay
