Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of residential plots within the Ameera Mansion Luxury Gated Township.
• Generate qualified leads through direct marketing, property portals, digital campaigns, referrals, and personal networks.
• Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, NRIs, and property investors.
• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, property walkthroughs, and site visits.
• Explain plot sizes, pricing, payment plans, project features, location advantages, and approved amenities accurately.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within the company's approved guidelines.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to improve site-visit conversions and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads, site visits, bookings, and sales revenue.
• Maintain accurate lead records, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the marketing, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to booking.
• Ensure transparent communication regarding project approvals, documentation, payment schedules, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Prepare daily sales reports, weekly pipeline updates, and monthly performance reports for management.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
