Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities

Tender Management

• Identify and track relevant tenders on government and private procurement portals.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, terms and conditions, and submission deadlines.
• Prepare tender documentation, including technical bids, commercial bids, quotations, and supporting certificates.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams for tender submissions.
• Ensure timely submission of bids, EMD, security deposits, and other required documents, wherever applicable.
• Maintain tender trackers, submission records, bid status, and contract details.
• Monitor tender results, amendments, clarifications, and contract renewals.

Trade Compliance

• Ensure compliance with applicable trade policies, customer requirements, and company procedures.
• Verify pricing, discounts, schemes, claims, and trade promotional documents.
• Maintain accurate records of trade agreements, distributor documentation, and commercial approvals.
• Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies in pricing, claims, and documentation.
• Support internal audits and maintain proper compliance records.
• Track relevant regulatory and contractual requirements affecting business operations.

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare periodic tender status and trade compliance reports.
• Maintain a database of submitted tenders, awarded contracts, and pending actions.
• Ensure proper filing and version control of commercial and compliance documents.
• Highlight risks, missing documents, and non-compliance issues to the reporting manager.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
