Ø Handling Domestic Pan India (all over India) as well as International Marketing (All the countries of the world).

Ø Submitting regular reports to your reporting authority

Ø Maintain database for new \& old customers.

Ø Tele marketing for promoting our complete product range and services

Ø Generating leads and converting them into orders

Ø Send offers / Quotations / Proforma Invoices to customers.

Ø Negotiate \& finalize orders with customers.

Ø Proper documentation of orders with customers.

Ø Maintaining client relationships

Ø Timely update \& intimate customers about the status of ongoing orders.

Ø Provide dispatch details \& related documents to the customers.

Ø Follow up with customers for timely receipt of all delivery documents \& receipt of goods.

Ø Customer’s feedback on our service \& quality of goods. Complete customer satisfaction program.

Ø Follow up with customers for new requirements \& orders.

Ø Keep the customer happy \& satisfied.
