Vender Developer & Market Runner

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and responsible Market Runner to support our day-to-day market and operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling market visits, collecting and delivering documents or materials, supporting sales and operations teams, and completing assigned tasks efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit markets, shops, vendors, and other assigned locations as required.
• Collect and deliver documents, samples, products, payments, or other materials safely.
• Support the sales and operations team with daily market-related activities.
• Coordinate with retailers, suppliers, customers, and internal team members.
• Assist in placing orders, checking stock, and collecting market information.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain proper records.
• Handle cash or documents responsibly when assigned.
• Report daily activities, issues, and market updates to the supervisor.
• Maintain professional behavior and good relationships with customers and business partners.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass; higher qualification is a plus.
• Previous experience in market visits, delivery, sales support, field operations, or a similar role is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of the local market and routes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Honest, punctual, responsible, and physically active.
• Must have a valid driving licence if the role requires two-wheeler travel.
• Knowledge of basic smartphone applications such as WhatsApp and Google Maps.
