• Place orders: Create and send official Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.
• Track deliveries: Follow up on shipments to make sure materials arrive on time so the CNC machines never stop running.
• Control stock: Keep just the right amount of inventory on hand—not too much, but enough to avoid production delays.
• Inspect incoming goods: Work with the quality team to ensure delivered materials are not defective.
• Handle returns: Deal with suppliers if they send the wrong items or poor-quality materials.
• Resolve delays: Quickly find backup solutions if a supplier is late with a critical part.
