Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries and generate sales through effective communication and regular follow-ups.

The company will provide customer enquiry data and leads generated through IndiaMART, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media advertising platforms. No self-generated leads are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers using leads provided by the company.
• Handle IndiaMART and social media customer enquiries.
• Explain our LED Screens, Video Walls, and Signage products to interested customers.
• Understand customer requirements and share product information.
• Follow up with interested customers and pending quotations.
• Convert potential enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Maintain daily calling reports and customer follow-up records.
• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
• Build professional relationships with customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi.
• Basic English and computer knowledge.
• Confident, polite, and professional calling skills.
• Good convincing and customer-handling ability.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp Business preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
