Inventory Manager- Full Time, In-Office

Key Roles \& Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records across all SKUs, including finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials.
• Daily Stock Reporting: Update daily stock registers, inward/outward movements, and inventory reports using Odoo inventory management software.
• Purchase Inward: Receive, verify, and record incoming purchases against purchase orders and invoices. Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Inventory Audits: Conduct periodic physical stock verification, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Marketplace Consignments: Create, process, and coordinate Amazon FBA, Flipkart Fulfilment, and other marketplace inventory consignments.
• Shipment Tracking: Monitor consignment dispatches, deliveries, inward confirmations, and discrepancies at marketplace fulfilment centres.
• Inventory Fulfilment: Ensure timely stock allocation, picking, packing, and dispatch coordination for e-commerce orders.
• Stock Planning: Monitor inventory levels, identify low-stock and slow-moving SKUs, and coordinate replenishment with production and procurement teams.
• Returns Management: Track marketplace returns, damaged inventory, and stock reconciliation.
• Reporting \& Coordination: Prepare regular inventory reports and coordinate with warehouse, production, accounts, and e-commerce teams.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or e-commerce operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, FBA, and marketplace fulfilment processespreferred.
• Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to manage multiple SKUs and coordinate daily warehouse operations.

• Inventory accuracy and minimal stock discrepancies.
• Timely and accurate daily stock reporting.
• On-time marketplace consignment creation and dispatch.
• Minimal stockouts and fulfilment errors.
• Timely completion of stock audits and reconciliations.
