Telecaller / Admission Counsellor

Sankalp Kota Classes is looking for a confident, friendly, and motivated Telecaller / Admission Counsellor to handle student and parent enquiries and support the admissions process.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable speaking with students and parents in English, Hindi

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding courses, batches, and admissions.
• Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information about courses and programs.
• Explain course details, batch schedules, fees, scholarships, and admission processes.
• Follow up regularly with interested students and parents.
• Build positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
• Maintain and update lead and enquiry records.
• Convert genuine enquiries into successful admissions.
• Coordinate with the counselling and admission team.
• Achieve assigned calling and admission targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of telecalling, counselling, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Graduation is required; post-graduation is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
• Confident, polite, and professional while speaking with students and parents.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Ability to work toward admission and performance targets.
• Previous experience in an education, coaching, or ed-tech organization will be an advantage.
