We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller with excellent communication skills to interact with customers, handle calls, and provide information about the company’s products or services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle incoming customer calls.
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain company services.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain proper records.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate information.
• Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
• Achieve calling targets and support the team in daily activities.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good command of Hindi and English.
• Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette.
• Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups efficiently.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Pay

₹10,858.24 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
