Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and organized Transport Manager for the Rice Mills to oversee the transportation operations, vehicle management, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day transportation and logistics operations.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle allocation, routes, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods between warehouses, vendors, and other locations.
• Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and logistics partners.
• Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, fuel consumption, and transportation costs.
• Maintain records of vehicle movements, delivery schedules, transport expenses, and related documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation, including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and other applicable transport documents.
• Track shipments and resolve delays, delivery issues, and other operational challenges.
