Job Description

DigitalMonk is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help grow our business by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other platforms.
• Connect with potential clients and understand their project requirements.
• Promote DigitalMonk’s services, including PCB Design, Embedded Systems, Firmware Development, IoT Solutions, and Product Development.
• Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into clients.
• Maintain client relationships and manage the sales pipeline.
• Research new markets and identify business growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, and client handling.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Experience in business development or IT sales is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
