Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our sales team in Muzaffarpur. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales, customer handling, or business development and be comfortable meeting customers in person.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.
• Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.
• Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely conversions.
• Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer queries and issues.
• Prepare regular sales and market reports.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in the field.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office/Google tools.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Candidates who are comfortable travelling within Patna are preferred.

Salary \& Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month
