- Effective coordination with Nursing, Doctors, Patients, and administrative departments.
2. Coordinate with patients and billing process
- Interacting with patients on complaints.
- Billing OPD/Emergency.
- Taking complaints from the patient/Attendant regarding the services.
- Handling patients enquiries and complaints.
- Welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Processed patient check-ins and check-outs, managing billing and payment collections.
