Administrative Receptionist

We are looking for a dynamic professional who can take full ownership of our Spoken English Academy, acting as a Business Head, Academic Coordinator, Sales and Marketing Manager all in one. The candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, planning academic programs, managing faculty and staff, ensuring smooth operations, and building the brand presence both offline and online. Job time: 11 pm to 8:00 pm (With a break of 45 min) Drive performance through KPI Key Responsibilities Business Head (Sales & Operations) Lead admissions & revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Handle daily operations: scheduling, student support, fee collection, and reporting. Ensure smooth functioning of the academy with high efficiency. Academic Coordinator Plan and oversee course structures, tests, and progress reports. Coordinate with trainers to ensure high-quality teaching. Collect student/parent feedback and continuously improve the learning experience. Marketing Manager Design and execute marketing campaigns (offline events, social media, YouTube, ads). Build academy branding with innovative content and promotions. Organize demo lectures, workshops, and corporate tie-ups to generate leads. Key Skills Strong communication skills (English + Gujarati/Hindi). Sales and marketing expertise. Academic planning and people management. Leadership with entrepreneurial mindset. Tech-savvy with knowledge of digital marketing tools.
