Field Surveyor

Roles & Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door visits for customer eKYC verification. Complete eKYC processes using a mobile application. Collect and verify customer information and required documents. Achieve the minimum monthly target of 500 successful eKYCs. Maintain accurate records and submit daily work reports. Follow project guidelines and ensure the quality of submitted eKYC data. Coordinate with the Zone Supervisor for daily targets and field activities. Salary & Incentives Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 per month. Minimum Target: 500 successful eKYCs per month. Additional Incentive: ₹14 per successful eKYC completed above the monthly target of 500. Earning Potential: Additional incentives are available based on performance above the minimum target.
