Female Ticketing Executive

Eligibility Criteria : .Freshers who have completed Galileo or Amadeus training can apply. .Experienced candidates with 6 months to 5 years of ticketing experience are welcome. .Knowledge of airline reservations, ticket issuance, fare rules, and booking procedures is preferred. .Good communication skills in Hindi and English. .Basic computer knowledge and a customer-friendly attitude. Key Responsibilities : .Handle flight bookings and airline reservations. .Work with Galileo and/or Amadeus GDS systems. .Assist with ticket issuance, cancellations, and flight changes. .Handle customer queries related to bookings and fares. .Maintain accurate booking records and provide excellent customer service.
