Store Keeper

Roles & Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and maintain construction materials, tools, and equipment.

Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, and available.

Ensure proper storage and identification of materials.

Issue materials to site engineers and workers against authorised requests.

Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

Maintain inward and outward registers, stock registers, and material issue records.

Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and site teams regarding material requirements.

Check delivery challans, invoices, and material receipts.

Prevent material damage, wastage, and unauthorised usage.

Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly stock reports.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation in the store.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.

Knowledge of MS Excel and stock registers.

Good record-keeping and organisational skills.

Ability to coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and workers.

Honesty, attention to detail, and responsibility.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
